(3) Housing and Construction Bureau. Responsible for the connection between the high-speed rail project and the existing urban planning and infrastructure construction in our district, and ensure the integrity and unity of the overall planning and layout of our district.

(4) Environmental Protection Bureau and Protection Center (Forestry Bureau). Responsible for coordinating the handling and examination and approval of environmental protection, water conservancy, forestry and other preliminary procedures involved in the promotion of high-speed rail projects.

(5) The Finance Bureau is responsible for the financing of high-speed rail projects and actively strives for funds according to national policies; Responsible for the use, supervision and management of project funds.

(6) Transportation Bureau. Be responsible for the connection between the high-speed rail project and the transportation hub, highway network, railway network and various traffic plans within the jurisdiction.
