What's wrong with parking illegally without penalty points and fines?

However, the SMS notification requires the traffic police brigade to handle it. Like other violations, such violations must be accompanied by illegal vehicle driving license, driver's driving license and ID card, and a formal violation penalty sheet should be issued in the corresponding violation handling window, and then signed for confirmation.

Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, if a motor vehicle driver violates the provisions of laws and regulations on road traffic safety, he shall be given a warning or fined from 20 yuan to 200 yuan.
