2. Make PPT and prepare for the speech.

Teachers should make PPT and speeches in advance, and sort out the contents related to the final parent-teacher conference, such as class situation, children's performance, holiday safety and so on. In addition, you can also collect children's daily performance and make small videos to present children's daily life more intuitively.

3. Equipment debugging in advance

No matter what software (Nail Group, Tencent Conference, WeChat Group) is used, teachers must debug the live broadcast software and try to make a call before the parent-teacher conference to avoid the situation of being unable to enter, disconnected from the network and disconnected, which will affect the parent-teacher conference experience.

4. Other preparatory work

Teachers can invite 1-2 parents to share in advance according to the needs of activities, or give children electronic prizes.

Teachers in each class will inform parents to sign in in the nail group in advance 10 minutes before the parent-teacher meeting, and teachers who have not signed in will contact them in time. When parents sign in and wait for the activity to start, teachers can scroll the videos promoted by the garden or record their children's semester life on the screen, so that parents can feel the atmosphere of the parent-teacher conference in advance.
