Step 1: How to test. The customer's step-by-step quality certification system is implemented by the company. Customers are invited to participate in the project from the entry of materials to the completion acceptance, and each step requires the customer's signature. Before the acceptance of each working procedure, the quality inspector or project manager should teach the customer how to carry out the inspection.

Step 2: Customer negotiation. Customer consultation, telephone consultation, customer on-site consultation, designer on-site consultation. When customers call the decoration company, they will hear: Hello, * * Decoration! I am a customer service staff (or designer). When the customer service staff receives new customers every day, they should fill in the "customer negotiation form" with the customers and give them a brief introduction of the company. Customer service staff regularly call back to customers who cooperate with designers to fill out the "customer negotiation form" and ask for their service opinions to the company.

Step 3: Visit the reconstruction project. Step 4: Go to the door and measure the room. The customer asked the designer to measure the room at home and could not refuse. General decoration companies will sign the "Customer Project Proposal" with customers. Then the designer will measure the room for the client.

Step 5: Budget. Draw a floor plan and make a preliminary budget for the customer. Generally, the decoration company will decide the budget time according to the size of the house. Generally, the measuring room below 100 square meter will draw the floor plan, effect diagram and budget book for the customer in about 3 days, and then invite the customer to meet with the person in charge of the company to introduce the preliminary design idea and approximate engineering calculation.

Step 6: Customer confirmation. After the modification and confirmation by the customer, the company should fully understand the customer's needs and design according to the customer's wishes to the maximum extent.

Step 7: Draw detailed drawings. Drawings and budgets need to be reviewed and signed by the head of the design department. After the contract is signed, detailed construction drawings will be provided to customers within two days.

Step 8: Sign the construction contract and the customer pays the down payment. After signing the contract, the general company will let the customer service staff carry out "customer information" and necessary home improvement knowledge training for customers. Individual renovation projects in violation of property management regulations, if the client insists on the construction, must sign the "Responsibility Letter for Entrusted Construction by the Client". (Heating and gas pipelines and facilities cannot be changed) The responsibility letter signed by the company and the customer is in duplicate, one for the customer and one for the design department. The design department of the company keeps the responsibility book and original drawings. The construction contracts, contract attachments, quotations, drawings and other materials handed over to customers shall be bound into volumes. Step 9: Establish customer engineering files. The company's engineering statistician will number your file, establish the customer's engineering file, fill in the detailed engineering data, and issue the engineering management form to the relevant personnel. Customer service staff will improve customer management files in time to provide quality services to customers.

Step 10: design a disclosure. From the signing of the contract, a design disclosure will be made within two days, and the customer service staff will call the quality inspector or the project manager to make disclosure with the designer in the design department.

Step 12: Raise funds and prepare construction materials. The photo of the payee of the construction team should be filed in the finance department. The project manager holds the requisition form issued by the engineering department and goes to the material department designated by the company for requisition.

Step 13: Acceptance of materials by stages. The project manager fills in the "Entry Material Acceptance Record Form" and asks the designer if he has any special materials. If there is, it must be signed by the designer. The Entry Material Acceptance Record Sheet must be signed by the customer, the project manager, the quality inspector and the construction director.

Step 14: Construction quality supervision. The quality inspector shall fill in the "Quality Inspector's Project Self-inspection Report Form" when inspecting the site he is responsible for; When inspecting the construction site that others are responsible for, they should fill in the "Quality Inspector's Work Mutual Inspection Report"; When inspecting the construction site, the engineering department manager and enterprise management personnel should fill in the "Engineering Quality Inspection Report Form".

Step 15: Concealed engineering and closed water test. Concealed works include water heating, electrical and ventilation systems. The project manager shall fill in the acceptance record of concealed works and sign it by the customer and the project manager.
