How to query etc records

After the account is successfully bound, return to the homepage, click My Services to query the monthly bill, and view the ETC pass record for the month.

Search for ETC public accounts in various places on WeChat, such as the name of Guangdong ETC, and then click to follow. Enter the official account and click to bind the user account, then fill in the user name, ID number and other information.

After that, click Bind ETC Card Account, enter the ETC card number, license plate number and other information to complete the binding. At present, there is no unified channel for querying etc. fee records across the country. You can only access the corresponding official account of each province and city. Mini programs and other tools can be used to query charging details. In the past, there were only etc customer service numbers in each province.

Check the bill details

You can call etc’s customer service number and tell the customer service staff the details of etc charges. After that, the customer service staff will check the charging details for you, or send the etc. charging details to the car owner's mobile phone in the form of text messages. Go to the bank counter to inquire. Car owners can bring their etc. cards to the counter of the bank branch where the card is processed, or they can learn the details of etc. fees through a self-service inquiry machine.

You can also check through WeChat. Each city will have its own etc applet. Search on WeChat to find the etc applet where you are located. After entering the applet, follow and bind the account. After filling in the relevant information, return to the mini program homepage, find my service, and click it to query the etc. fee details for the month.
