What's the problem with Samsung's mobile phone not displaying call records and text messages?

If the Samsung mobile phone does not display the call record, it is recommended to try the following:

1. Check the record mode: phone-record-more-filter mode-select "All calls" (different models may have different operation steps).

2. Dial the number again, check whether new records can be displayed, and eliminate the accidental deletion of call records.
