Is Yanqing within or outside the Sixth Ring Road of Beijing Stock Exchange?

Vehicles with license plates from other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government need to apply for a Beijing permit as long as they enter the administrative area of Beijing. Among them, those who enter the roads within the Sixth Ring Road (excluding), the roads in Tongzhou District (excluding the main highways) and some roads in Yanqing City shall apply for the Beijing Pass (within the Sixth Ring Road). Those who do not enter the above areas shall apply for a "Beijing Pass (outside the Sixth Ring Road)".
