If you need to open a debit card SMS notification, please bring your valid ID card, debit card and mobile phone to the Bank of China branch for handling, without agency.

/kloc-For persons under the age of 0/6, the guardian shall handle the SMS notification service for account change. The guardian shall be a citizen of China who is over 0/8 years old and has full capacity for civil conduct. When handling business, the guardian should issue a household registration book or other proof materials to prove his guardian's identity, and sign relevant agreements at the "agent" of the application form.
