The staff of the party and government organs, enterprises and institutions in Anhui and Hefei work from home, and the staff of the party and government organs and institutions at the city and district levels in the region immediately report to the community and become community volunteers on the spot to fully participate in the epidemic prevention and control work. Encourage eligible residents in non-key risk areas to actively participate in community volunteer service.

Second, participate in nucleic acid testing on time. According to the principle of "everyone should check", the daily regional nucleic acid detection should be carefully organized. On-site sampling will be arranged in key risk areas, and non-key risk areas will be arranged by the community, and nucleic acid detection will be carried out at peak times. Those who fail to participate in nucleic acid testing on time and cause the risk of epidemic spread will be investigated for responsibility according to the law and regulations.

Third, strict management of public places. In addition to medical institutions, supermarkets and other units that guarantee the basic livelihood, all public places, entertainment venues and farmers' markets are closed. All enterprises implement closed-loop management, and enterprises that cannot be closed-loop management suspend production and operation. Dining places stop eating in the lobby and only provide take-away service (non-contact delivery). Lifestyle supermarkets and retail pharmacies are closed-door operations and online sales.

Fourth, strengthen the management of specialized agencies. The old-age service institutions and welfare homes within the jurisdiction strictly implement closed management. Colleges and all kinds of boarding schools implement closed management and suspend gathering activities. Primary and secondary schools and off-campus training institutions suspend offline teaching activities and implement online teaching. Kindergartens and child care institutions suspend children from entering the park.
