Your failure to receive this message may be caused by the following circumstances:

(1) The transaction amount of your contracted account is lower than the minimum transaction notification standard set by your branch or the minimum transaction notification standard agreed by you in advance;

(2) At that time, your SMS was full or your phone was in arrears, so you could not receive SMS;

(3) Your mobile phone has been turned off for more than 2 days, and the communication operator will no longer send short messages to customers during this period;

(4) The network signal of your mobile phone is unstable or there is a network problem with the communication operator, resulting in the short message not reaching your mobile phone normally.
