What's the use of school newsletter? Why not use wechat?

School newsletter is a combination of smart ic card, internet technology and mobile phone short message. The project consists of three parts: (1) smart IC card student ID card; (2) a reader; ⑶ Based on SMS and network application platform, if you use WeChat, you can't send messages to your parents when you enter or leave school. Mainly moving, the school wants to make some money. We have it in high school, too. It's useless.
