Can Yichang Chaotianhao refund the ticket?

Please call Tuniu Customer Service at least the day before going to Yichang Chaotianhao Scenic Area 18: 00. You can get a refund if you don't use it, but please call Tuniu customer service within 7 days from the date of travel. If you don't pick up the ticket after verification, you can get a full refund.

Please fill in your real name, ID number and mobile phone number before placing an order. Pick up the ticket with the subscriber's ID card and the SMS auxiliary code (8 digits) sent by the system at the ticket office of Chaotianhao Drifting Scenic Area "1 ticket window". If you don't receive the auxiliary code of Zhiyoubao after the reservation is successful, please call Tuniu customer service to resend it for you.
