According to laws and regulations, electronic real estate registration certificate and paper real estate registration certificate have the same legal effect, and all localities should actively promote and apply them. If conditions permit, an electronic certificate that meets the national standards shall be issued; Temporarily do not have the conditions, we should strive to provide paper certificates to prove mailing, self-service printing and other services to facilitate enterprises and the masses not to meet.

What is the process of handling the real estate license?

1. Confirm that the developer has registered initially.

First of all, registration is necessary. General developers will agree that in the purchase contract, the purchaser should clearly indicate the registration period and processing time when signing the contract, and supplement the liability for breach of contract.
