What's with the cell phone signal jam?

The new version will optimize system performance, so please make sure your system is the latest version first.

It is normal if the mobile phone gets stuck in a short time after upgrading the system. If it is not just after the upgrade, please check according to the following scheme:

Note: The reason why the system is stuck after the upgrade: After the upgrade, the system will optimize the application programs in the device at the initial stage of use, and the optimization time is one week. At this time, the load of the device is high, and the system may be stuck during use. It is recommended to charge the mobile phone for more than 2 hours after upgrading, and observe whether it is stuck when using it after one week.

1. Check whether the equipment is hot.

The unique overheat protection function of the equipment will reduce the system performance appropriately. It is recommended that you avoid using it when charging, reduce the brightness of the screen appropriately, and turn off applications and functions that are not used or consume abnormal power, such as "Bluetooth" and NFC.

2. Turn off the power saving mode and keep sufficient power.

In the case of power saving mode and low battery power, the device will reduce its performance to save power. It is recommended that you turn it off (Settings > Battery > Power Saving Mode and Super Power Saving) to keep sufficient power (above 20%).

3. Check whether the three-party application caused the paper jam.

If your device is equipped with third-party management software, please uninstall such applications and try again. Usually, this kind of software conflicts with the mobile phone housekeeper that comes with the device, which will lead to the running jam.

4. Clean the storage space of the equipment

Insufficient device memory can also cause the system to run slowly. Please clean up the storage space of the equipment (it is recommended to reserve more than 20%).

5. Clean up the running space

Too many programs running in the background of the device will lead to insufficient running memory. It is recommended to restart the mobile phone after shutdown to end the running application.

6. Clean up the memory card space

Storing too many files will slow down the reading and writing speed. It is recommended that you clean the memory card space regularly, reserve more than 10% space, or format the memory card after backing up important data.

It may be that the memory card hardware is not normal. Please check whether there is a prompt of "abnormal memory card". If so, I suggest you replace the memory card as soon as possible.

If the default storage location is a memory card, it is recommended that you go to Settings > Storage > Default Storage Location, change the default storage location to "Internal Storage" and try again.

Note: If your mobile phone has no default storage location option after inserting the memory card, it means that the mobile phone does not support modifying the default storage location.
