Comprehensive analysis of the five stages of the interview, so that you can get the OFFER smoothly!
A complete interview can be divided into five stages:
The first stage, submit your resume:
The interview is actually very tiring. From the moment you find a job and choose a company, the social experience of interns begins to accumulate. Let's start with a resume. Generally speaking, it is online and job fairs. However, the school's job fair really can't spit out, give up decisively, and can only vote in major recruitment networks.
There are many recruitment websites, but there are really few websites with good resources and not fooling people. Recommend a few websites that people around you say are good: Zhaopin Recruitment, Boss and Worry-Free Future.
X8 city is not recommended. Many of them are training companies and leather bag companies. It is easy to be cheated if you are not careful, especially the interns who have just left the society. You must be careful!
These websites can't guarantee that there is no fish escaping from the net, but they are generally safe. That is beside the point. Anyway, after registering on the website, start filling in or uploading your resume, and then browse the company you want. When you find a company that suits you better, go to "Tianyancha" and "Friends Collection" to check the company's registration information and evaluation. I forgot to mention that both the recruitment website and "Tianyancha" have corresponding mobile apps, so friends who are inconvenient to find a job on the computer can operate on their mobile phones.
The second stage, waiting for the interview notice:
Sending a resume is a test of a person's patience, especially waiting for an interview notice. Generally speaking, the next day after submitting your resume, you will receive interview notices one after another during working hours. Be prepared after receiving the interview notice, especially when many companies invite an interview. You have to arrange the interview time. Ideally, you should have two interviews a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Of course, if the two companies are close, you can buy more time, and it is ok to have more than three games a day. But it is best to sincerely suggest that there should be no more than three games a day. After all, it takes time to find your way for the first time.
The third stage: preparation before the interview
Accept n interviews, arrange the interview time, and you can write down the company name, position name, company address and salary and benefits in your notebook. Also, be sure to specify the company address, and it is best to collect it in Baidu map, which can effectively prevent things from being misplaced. In previous interviews, you will see that some interviewers don't even know the name of the position they want to interview. If HR sees it, then your first impression will be made up.
Things to be prepared: ID card (some buildings need to be registered), diploma (if you have it, you don't need it), certificate (level 4 certificate, computer certificate, etc. ), resume, tissue, pen, paper, interview invitation (usually email or SMS, don't delete it! )
Don't think that you will be fine if you remember it well. The next thing is more important. First of all, you should prepare your resume, because sometimes you interview different positions and prepare different resumes, so you should classify them. Buy one or two file bags instead of folding your resume or putting it in a bag. In HR's eyes, you can also see your attitude towards things from your resume alone. HR will think: How can a person who treats even the most basic resume casually get serious at work?
One or two days before the interview, we should make good preparations and think about what questions the interviewer will ask. Many friends who have just come out for an interview don't know what questions HR will ask, and they all express their confusion. So I listed the interview questions I encountered in the interview for your reference only. After all, it's just some problems, which can't be compared with professional HR.
Question 1: What have you learned in college these years?
Answer: (This question is easy to answer, just pick a few main examples. For example, in addition to studying the textbook knowledge in college, I joined the XX club and organized XX activities with the members of the club. In this activity, we discussed and solved problems together, and finally successfully held XX activity, and I won the best member award myself. Many large and small activities are organized in the university. During the activity, we encountered difficulties and setbacks, but all the members worked together in Qi Xin. What impressed me the most was the sentence "Unity is strength"!
At this time, someone will jump out and ask, what if you haven't participated in club activities? It's simple. You can talk about how to get along with people. For example, if you have a conflict with your classmate/roommate on something, how do you solve it? Finally, make a small summary. That's it.
Question 2: Do you know anything about our company?
A: For this question, as long as you go through the company's information before the interview, you should mainly understand some basic information such as what the company does and when it was established. If you are afraid that you can't remember, write down the information in your notebook or mobile phone memo and read it before the interview. Preparing to answer this question in advance is simply handy!
Question 3: Why did you choose our company?
A: Actually, this is a very old-fashioned question. Now Baidu has a lot of answers casually, but you have to turn these answers into your own words to answer, otherwise HR will easily see through you, and you will just recite the answers. The following is my own comprehensive answer:
(1) Because your company can provide me with a good development platform, I am good at XX, and your company is a leader in this field. I think there are good learning and development opportunities here.
(2) I came here by chance and saw your recruitment information on the recruitment website. I met your recruitment requirements. I don't want to miss it, and I don't want to regret it.
(3) Because it is in line with my major, your corporate culture is exactly what I have been longing for. (or some other aspects that match the company, such as interest and ability. )
There are many answers, open answers, no standard answers, as long as you don't answer too conceited or flattering.
Question 4: What is your career plan?
A: Basically, HR of every company will ask this question, which can directly reflect whether you are in line with the company's development plan. So when I answer, I try to connect my plan with the company. For example, my major is e-commerce, and the position I applied for is e-commerce operation. I can answer this way: my major is in line with the company, but I just came out as an intern and have insufficient experience, which is when I need to study more, so I don't have a complete career plan yet, but I know it is impossible without it, so my general plan is to spend one or two years learning things, slowly determine my development direction and set small goals; Then use three to four years to get familiar with the electric business circle; Finally, see if you can start your own business or start a business with friends. (This answer can not only make HR feel that you are a planned person, but also make HR feel that you are a patient person and will not leave your job easily. )
For the case that the company is not in line with my major, you can answer this way: Although my major is not very related to the position I am applying for now, as an intern, I mainly want to learn and accumulate experience. When I have a good job, I don't want to be confined to one aspect. I believe that nothing is difficult in the world, if you put your mind to it.
Question 5: What should you do if you have an argument with your colleagues?
A: The question of flexibility tests your ability to communicate with people and deal with emergencies. There is no standard answer, as long as the three views are not very miserable, most people can answer, don't do more.
Question 6: One day your boss asked you to do something, but you still have a lot to do. What should you do?
A: Like question five, there is no standard answer. This is a simple answer. Just remember one principle: the company hired me to create benefits for the company, and everything should be reasonable and legal.
Question 7: What do you think of overtime?
Like question 4, many companies will ask this question. Asking this question doesn't mean that this company is working overtime every day. HR wants to test whether you are willing to contribute to the company, and to know your work attitude from your answers and whether your work cognition meets the characteristics of this position. When answering questions, don't rush to ask if HR has overtime pay. If you answer this question, it is simply a proposition, and you want to get benefits before you have a job.
Answer (1): If it is necessary for work, I will work overtime voluntarily. I am single now, I have no family burden, and I can devote myself to my work. But at the same time, I will also improve work efficiency and reduce unnecessary overtime. If it is normal overtime, I will reflect on whether there are problems that lead to inefficiency in my work. If there are mistakes, I will correct them to avoid the recurrence of such problems.
Answer (2): I think whether to work overtime depends entirely on the job. Because every job has a time limit, I don't need to wait for the supervisor to speak, so I know best whether it is necessary to work overtime. For example, our factory operates 24 hours a day. Although shift duty is arranged, the machine will appear at any time, and it is also possible to stay at the scene for processing. At present, living alone near the company, you can try your best to cooperate with overtime, and there is no problem at all.
Question 8: Do you have any questions?
HR asks you this question, which shows that he is interested in you to a great extent. It is your right to ask questions to HR, but you must not ask questions casually because of this. This is a technical job, and a good question will add points to the impression HR gives you.
Three kinds can't ask:
1, "no problem" type: this answer shows that you have either given up this position, or you think that you are not willing to find a job, or you are considered to have insufficient adaptability.
2. Type of question that is too abstruse: The question asked is too abstruse for HR to answer, which makes you feel that the interviewer is too ambitious and does not meet the requirements of the company.
3. Ask about the types of benefits and salaries: If you ask about this type, I'm sorry to tell you that HR will be very disappointed in you. Maybe HR is already in the middle: "You want to talk about benefits with the company before you do your job well. Are you kidding? " Never ask HR such a silly question about the company's development strategy!
So, how to ask questions, please see:
Question (1): What is your promotion system?
Question (2): Is there any pre-job training? If yes, how long is the training period?
Question (3): If you are lucky enough to be hired, what do you need to study and prepare in advance?
Question (4): I have a general understanding of my job responsibilities and requirements, but I want to know more specifically. Can you tell me more about it?
There are still many questions. You can go to Baidu for an interview. It will be helpful to look at these strategies more. The eight questions listed are all common types, so just look at the others yourself ~
The fourth stage: interview process
Be sure to have a good rest the day before the interview and try to get to the interview company ten minutes in advance. Tell me about the interview process. When you arrive at the company, tell the front desk that you are here for an interview. The front desk will let you register and fill in the relevant information, and then let you stay for a short time.
When HR comes, the formal interview will begin. First of all, let you introduce yourself. It only takes three to four minutes to introduce yourself. After introducing himself, HR began to ask questions. If you are prepared, there will be no big problem. As long as it is eye-catching and responsive. Not too fast or too slow, just a normal tone. Neither supercilious nor supercilious, answer questions politely. In the process of talking with HR, it is best to put your eyes from your mouth to your chin. You can't look HR in the eye, let alone HR's hair. These are all impolite behaviors.
After the questioning session, HR will give you an overview of the company and the position you applied for. Some companies also have scenario simulation links, especially those applying for sales positions. This involves your reaction ability, and there is nothing to talk about. It is mainly to test your reaction ability and your understanding of the company.
The fifth stage: the interview is over
When HR asks the eighth question, it means that the interview is coming to an end, and the last link is answered well, then HR will say: I know about your situation. If you pass the interview, we will give you an answer within XX time. The interview ended smoothly, and you can leave after politely saying goodbye to HR.
Actually, the interview is not terrible at all. Just sit down and get to know each other face to face. There is nothing to worry about. If this company doesn't work, we'll switch to another one, and one will always be satisfied with ourselves. First of all, we must put our minds right and believe that we can do it. Don't be discouraged even if you are rejected by your favorite company. Why not just think, "I'm too good to want me?" "This is their loss? Just like falling in love, there is no need to hang yourself from a tree. Of course, when you have interviewed N times and found that no company has sent the news that the interview passed, this is a big problem. Then you have to find your own problems to see if there is something wrong with your resume or if you made a fatal mistake in the interview. If you really can't find it, you can ask your family and friends and ask them to help you find it.
Ok, that's a lot of nonsense. I sincerely hope you can find a good job you like, and your ability is insufficient. Please forgive me ~
