Reserve recall is not to return to the original unit.

4. Reserve recall refers to the state organizing reserve personnel to participate in military training or military operations for a certain period of time when necessary.

According to the provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Reserve Soldiers, when the reserve is recalled, the objects to be recalled are classified according to the people who were recruited to the reserve in that year, including the first-time reservists, reserve officers and students in reserve military schools, non-commissioned officers and instructors in reserve military schools, and professional and technical personnel.
