The mobile phone can receive MMS messages, but cannot send them or receive text messages.

1. You can first check whether the mailbox is full. If so, please delete some information;

2. If you still cannot receive the message after deleting it, you can change the phone or card to test and see if it works. It is due to hardware factors;

3. After eliminating the above reasons, you can try to test reception in other locations to see if it is due to weak local signals.
