Under normal circumstances, the employment information will only show the information of the working company. If a company has never worked, your identity information will be stolen.

1. Appeal as soon as possible.

The company appears in the employment information. Click the company page, click "Appeal" in the upper right corner, select the "Never Employed" option, fill in the reasons and make a complaint. Click "Query" at the bottom of the home page for the query result after the appeal, and click "Objection Handling Record" in the page.

In principle, the feedback should be completed within 30 working days, and the survey results should be fed back within 1 working days after the report is processed, which can be queried in the APP.

2. Contact the company and ask the other party to delete its relevant information.

3. Call the tax bureau at 12366 to complain.

4. Report the case to the public security organ according to law.

5. Take the company to court.
