Bing Huang, deputy director of the organization department of Yongzhou Municipal Committee, announced the decision of the provincial municipal Committee on the appointment and dismissal of the principal responsible person of ningyuan county Municipal Government: Comrade Luo Jianhua was appointed secretary of Jianghua County Committee and no longer served as the county magistrate of ningyuan county Municipal People's Government; Liu Weihua was nominated as the candidate for the county magistrate of ningyuan county Municipal People's Government.
