1, sweeping activities were completely suspended.

From now on, the city will completely suspend all grave sweeping activities such as cemeteries (including grave resettlement areas such as Xiaonanyang Cemetery), ashes buildings (halls), life parks, religious sites and traditional rural burial areas. The specific recovery time will be notified separately. Funeral services such as cemeteries, columbariums (halls) and life parks will organize a collective sweeping activity.

Towns (streets) and villages (residences) should strengthen their work responsibilities, strictly control the sweepers to go up the mountain to offer sacrifices, and rely on the entrance to the mountain to carry out publicity on epidemic prevention and control, changing customs, cemetery renovation, fire safety education, etc. to persuade the people who come to offer sacrifices. It is forbidden to carry out collective sacrificial activities in ancestral temples, ancestral homes and folk places, and it is forbidden to burn sacrificial items such as Ming coins and paper money and set off firecrackers.

Legal basis: Article 1234 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC) violates state regulations, causing damage to the ecological environment, which can be repaired. An organ prescribed by the state or an organization prescribed by law has the right to require the infringer to bear the responsibility for repair within a reasonable period of time.
