TS error code (1, 42,51) solution announcement

Dear users:

Recently, some users reported that the error code "TS( 1.42.5 1)" appeared when playing some games in tencent games (pictured). Please refer to the corresponding solutions in the following situations to try to solve this problem.

1. Please make sure that you log in to the operating system with the account of System Administrator. If not, please refer to the following solutions to try to solve it.

When logging in to the computer (operating system), please select "System Administrator Identity" to log in.

2. Please try to turn off anti-virus software, 360 security guards and other security software. Are these softwares intercepting games? If the game can still be played normally after closing the above software, please refer to the following solutions to try to solve it.

Take 360 Security Guard as an example, go to 360' s "Real-time Protection" → "Trust/Shield" to see if any CF-related programs are blocked. If so, remove them from the blocked state. ?
