If you are using a Huawei mobile phone and cannot use mobile data, please first determine whether the following conditions are true:

If you use WLAN to access the Internet, mobile data cannot be used with WLAN at the same time (not Turn on WLAN function).

If your mobile phone does not support the VoLTE function, you will not be able to use mobile data during calls.

If international roaming is not available overseas, it is recommended that you contact your SIM card operator to see if data roaming services are available locally and whether your mobile phone plan supports international roaming.

Link-Turbo enables the combined use of WLAN and mobile networks by the same application.

Third-party applications need to support Link-Turbo.

WLAN function must be turned on.

If you still cannot use mobile data to access the Internet after ruling out the above conditions, please follow the steps below and try:
