What does "five ones" mean?

The specific contents of the "Five Ones" activity are: a good drama, a good TV play (or movie), a good book (limited to literature and art), a good theoretical article (limited to social science) and a good movie.

The "Five One Project" is a selection activity organized by the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. It has been conducted once a year since 1992, and five outstanding works of spiritual products organized, recommended and declared by provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, some central ministries and commissions and the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army in the previous year have been selected.
