First, no emission zone.

Fireworks and firecrackers are completely prohibited around public safety facilities such as county towns and gas stations.

Second, the area and time of centralized discharge

The centralized discharge point of the county is located in the music fountain square of Hakka town. In the specified discharge area, the discharge time is from 23: 00 in 2023 to 1,100: 30 on October 22, and from 20: 00 to 2 1 on February 5, 2023, and it is forbidden to discharge at other times.

Third, the type of discharge.

Only fireworks can be set off, firecrackers are not allowed, and only C and D fireworks are set off. It is forbidden to set off Class A and Class B fireworks and Kongming lanterns. The category of fireworks is subject to the product packaging label.

The public should watch the fireworks display in an orderly manner in the designated viewing area, and must not push or make noise to disturb the viewing order;

Without permission, no unit or individual may produce, operate or transport fireworks and firecrackers.

Please set off fireworks and firecrackers in strict accordance with the regulations, and actively report illegal production, transportation, management, storage and setting off fireworks and firecrackers.
