How to make an electronic signature

1. First, you can write a signature (black pen) on white paper, take a photo with your mobile phone, scan it into a picture, or draw a picture with a drawing board.

2. Insert the picture with electronic signature into word.

3. Then click the right mouse button on the electronic signature picture in word and select Set Transparent Color.

4. Click on the blank position on the picture to set the electronic signature picture to black and white.

5. The embedding format of electronic signature in the text can be set to be embedded or floating on the text according to different needs.

At this point, the electronic signature is ready, and you can insert it anywhere you want or need.
