② If you don't prepare the photos in advance, you can take photos with the "self-service license machine" in the 24-hour self-service area, and send out the receipt immediately.

③ Find the ID card self-service application machine. Select "lost replacement" or "expired replacement" according to the actual situation. Brush your ID card to read the information.

④ Scan the photo receipt.

⑤ Take photos on the spot and enter the contact number.

⑥ Two-handed fingerprint collection. (Both hands need to collect fingerprints, and each hand should repeat the collection three times. )

⑦ Pay. Since the ID card self-service application machine has not yet opened the WeChat payment service, citizens can pay through UnionPay or go to the bank to pay.

After the application is submitted successfully, citizens can wait patiently at home for SMS notification to get their ID cards. Because there are procedures such as auditing and certification, it usually takes 2 months, and the fastest is 40 days. After receiving the notification message, citizens can pick it up at the "self-service ID card collection machine" in the 24-hour self-service area.
