How to cancel the data package with Mobile Chinax Card

The method is as follows:

1. Call 10086 for manual service and ask customer service to cancel the data package.

2. Log in to the China Mobile Online Business Hall via mobile phone or computer. Click the login window, fill in the mobile phone number, mobile phone password, and verification code to log in. After logging in, find my account, modify or cancel the business under the business inquiry or cancellation column, find the package, and click Cancel the package business .

3. Bring your ID card to a nearby business hall to cancel the business.

Note: The effective time is after the phone bill is settled this month.
