If you have not customized the new version of CMB’s SMS notification service, the system will only send large-amount outgoing SMS notifications when the professional version’s transfer and remittance amount reaches 10,000 yuan, and there will be no SMS notification for public version and mobile banking transfers and remittances.

If you have customized the new version of SMS notification service, you can set the starting amount for SMS notification through online banking. Note: If the transfer amount of the professional version is greater than or equal to 10,000 yuan, but no SMS notification is received, please click "Professional Management" - "System Management" - "Contact Information Query" in the upper right corner of the professional version to confirm whether the reserved mobile phone number is correct.
