1. Xiangtan residents currently in the strain Local prevention and control regulations must be followed. 2. People in Tan are not allowed to go to the main urban area of ??Zhuzhou City and Youxian County in the near future. Persons who really need to go to Zhuzhou City due to special emergencies must report to their unit or community for approval and hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.

3. People who have come to Tan from the main urban area of ??Zhuzhou City and Youxian County since October 23 will be required to self-monitor their health at home for 7 days from now on. A nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd days, and a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 3rd day. Before the negative result of the secondary nucleic acid test comes out, you are not allowed to participate in gathering activities, enter public places, or take public transportation.

4. Traffic prevention and control inspection points will be set up in the counties and cities bordering Zhuzhou and our city and inspection and control work will be strengthened. Transportation and public security and traffic police departments at all levels have strengthened the inspection and control of public transportation stations and highway entrances and exits.

5. Townships, towns, enterprises and institutions near Zhuzhou in our city will carry out regional nucleic acid testing once a day from November 2nd to 4th. Cities and urban areas will resume inspections every three days.

6. Government agencies, enterprises and institutions, people's organizations and other social organizations at all levels in our city should temporarily relax the attendance requirements for employees currently living in the main urban area of ??Zhuzhou City and Youxian County, and adopt methods such as paid leave. Employees are guided to stay at home in Zhuzhou with peace of mind and obey the relevant arrangements for local epidemic prevention and control. Party members and cadres must take the lead in complying with various epidemic prevention requirements in both places.

7. Consolidate the responsibilities of all parties involved in epidemic prevention and control, and strictly hold accountable departments, units and individuals that violate relevant regulations.
