4. File a lawsuit. The mobile micro-court supports the filing of civil, administrative, and criminal private prosecutions. It not only covers the four-level courts across the country, but also supports cross-border and cross-domain filing.

Click on the "I want to file a case" module on the homepage, select the court and type of lawsuit that need to be filed, and upload the complaint, ID card and evidence materials. The mobile micro court will automatically identify and extract key information and submit it to the litigants for confirmation. After completing the confirmation, you can submit the case.

If you are unable to write a complaint, you can click the Complaint Assistant on the material upload page to gradually fill in the litigation information and complete the writing of the complaint.

After submitting the case filing application, Mobile Micro Court will automatically push it to the court for review. The court will complete the review within 7 days and push the results to the parties through the "China Mobile Micro Court" official account, service notifications, text messages and other channels.
