Mobile phone can't receive text messages. What happened?

Generally, mobile phones can't receive SMS, because SMS notification is turned off. Let's turn on the phone first and click "Settings", as shown below.

Click "Status Bar and Notification" in the setting interface, as shown in the following figure.

Select "Management Notification" in the new interface that pops up, as shown in the following figure.

Find "Information" in the management notification interface, and click to enter, as shown in the following figure.

In the information interface, we can see the "Allow notification to close" of the new information, and we just need to click Open.
