Those who are punished by traffic restrictions will generally receive traffic violation notices within 3 to 5 days. If the traffic administrative department of the public security organ punishes the non-local motor vehicle driver with the suspension or revocation of the motor vehicle driver's license, it shall hand over the motor vehicle driver's license to the traffic administrative department of the public security organ at the place where the license is issued within 15 days from the date of making the punishment decision.

The following vehicles are not restricted:

1, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and engineering rescue vehicles;

2, bus * * * electric vehicles, inter-provincial long-distance passenger vehicles and large buses, taxis (excluding rental vehicles), minibuses, special postal vehicles, vehicles holding tourist bus operating licenses issued by the municipal transportation management department, unit buses and school buses approved by the municipal public security traffic management department;

3. Administrative law enforcement vehicles and special vehicles for clearing obstacles with unified signs and performing tasks;

4, sanitation, gardens, road maintenance vehicles, funeral vehicles in the funeral home;

5, hanging "make" prefix number plate vehicles and approved temporary entry vehicles.

To sum up, it usually takes 3 to 7 days to find out the violation of the tail number limit. For local violations, the results can be found in half an hour, while for those in different places, it will take 3 to 7 days. Because the traffic police team needs to enter the inspection and confirmation, it will not exceed 13 working days at the latest. Driving a limited number vehicle in the limited number area on that day is a violation of the no-go sign. The penalty is 3 points deduction and a fine of 20-200 yuan.

Illegal acts found by traffic police in law enforcement on duty shall be under the jurisdiction of the traffic management department of the public security organ where the illegal acts occurred.

If the jurisdiction is disputed, it shall be reported to the traffic administrative department of the public security organ at the next higher level for designation of jurisdiction. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ at the next higher level shall promptly determine the subject of jurisdiction and notify both parties to the dispute.

Article 49

The written decision on administrative punishment shall specify the basic information of the punished person, vehicle brand, vehicle type, illegal facts and evidence, punishment basis, punishment content, performance method, time limit, name of the punishment organ and the administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation rights enjoyed by the punished person according to law.
