How long does it take to file a case review?

Paragraph 1 of Article 18 of the Procedures for Handling Criminal Cases by Public Security Organs

The public security organ shall review the case transferred by the administrative law enforcement organ within three days from the date of accepting the case, and if it considers that there are criminal facts and it is necessary to investigate criminal responsibility, it shall notify the administrative law enforcement organ that transferred the case in writing; If it is considered that there is no criminal fact, or the criminal fact is obviously minor, and it is not necessary to pursue criminal responsibility, it shall explain the reasons and serve the notice of not filing a case on the administrative law enforcement organ that transferred the case, and return the case materials accordingly.
