In order to further improve the management level of the chemical park and standardize the management of personnel and vehicles in the park, according to the Guiding Opinions of the Office of the State Council Safety Committee on Further Strengthening the Safety Management of the Chemical Park and the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Promoting the Standardized Development of the Chemical Park, the Emergency Management Department issued the Guidelines for the Investigation and Management of Safety Risks in the Chemical Park and the Measures for the Management of the Chemical Park in Shandong Province. As well as the requirements of the management and maintenance agreement for the section from Shouguang Binhai Boundary to Xinhai intersection of s223 Binjiu Line delegated by Weifang City and Shouguang City Highway Bureau, it was decided through research that from 0: 00 on April 1 day, Houzhen Chemical Park will implement the management of working vehicles, and working vehicles unrelated to the Chemical Park are strictly prohibited from entering the Chemical Park. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the restricted scope of the park.

Shugang Road in the east, Chengxin Road in the west, Xinhai Road in the south and Yongkang Road in the north.

Second, the park bayonet setting

The west boundary of the park is the intersection of Chayan Road and Dongxin Road; The northern boundary of the park is S223 Binjiu Road, 800 meters north of Yongkang Road. The east boundary of the park is the intersection of Yongkang Road Shugang Road, Fengnan Road Shugang Road, Lehua Road Shugang Road and Alliance Road Shugang Road. The southern boundary of the park is the intersection of Dida Road Xinhai Road, Fengdong Road Xinhai Road, S223 Binjiu Road Xinhai Road, Dongxin Road Xinhai Road and Chengxin Road Xinhai Road.

Third, vehicles bypass the route.

Vehicles originally passing through Houzhen Chemical Industry Park should bypass S224 and Shugang Road 1 1 from 0: 00 on April 6.

Fourth, the relevant matters needing attention

Dangerous chemicals transport vehicles entering the park must drive along the special lane for dangerous chemicals transport vehicles according to the speed limit and signs. Parking at will is strictly prohibited in the park. Vehicles carrying hazardous chemicals that fail to arrive in advance according to the scheduled time period must enter the special hazardous chemicals parking lot in the park and wait, and may not stay in or around the park.

Irrelevant personnel and working vehicles are strictly prohibited in the chemical industry park. In the surrounding sections of the chemical park, it is strictly forbidden to park vehicles at will, and it is strictly forbidden to overspeed, overrun and overload.

Vehicles that violate the regulations on the closed management of the park for more than three times are prohibited from entering the park within two years; Ignoring the management system, disturbing the public management order and causing adverse effects, the public security organs shall deal with it according to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Public Security Administration Punishment and the Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety.
