Can I handle the shutdown number by SMS?

For the time being, there is no SMS to handle the shutdown number protection. You can handle shutdown number protection through the following channels, with immediate effect:

1 Log in to the homepage of online business hall /02DAa, click "Business Handling" > Other Business > Shutdown and Number Protection, and select "Shutdown and Number Protection";

2 after logging in to the client of the mobile phone business hall, click Services > Handling > Handling of Other Services > Restoring the phone with the number of downtime protection, select the number of downtime protection, click the Confirm button, and enter the verification code of the sent SMS.

Because some provinces don't support online downtime, if the above methods can't be handled, please call the local hotline 100 10 (with the service password) or move to the local business hall (with the valid certificate), or contact the local customer service for specific handling channels.
