Note: During the isolation period, the above-mentioned personnel shall specify code management and shall not go out.

Hazardous area

Adjust from "high, medium and low" to "high and low" to minimize the number of controllers.

Employees in high-risk positions who end closed-loop operations

"7-day centralized isolation or 7-day home isolation" is adjusted to "5-day home health monitoring"

Timely and accurately judge close contacts, and no longer judge close contacts.

Cancel the fuse mechanism of inbound flights

The negative certificate of nucleic acid test twice within 48 hours before boarding is adjusted to 1 negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding.

Seven "no"

High-risk areas are generally defined by units and buildings, and shall not be expanded at will.

In epidemic-free areas, nucleic acid testing shall be conducted for risk posts and key personnel in strict accordance with the scope determined in the ninth edition of the prevention and control plan, and the scope of nucleic acid testing shall not be expanded. Generally, all employees will not be tested for nucleic acid according to the administrative area.

After the entry personnel are quarantined at the first entry point, the destination shall not be quarantined again.

Strictly implement the first diagnosis responsibility system and emergency rescue system, and do not shirk and refuse diagnosis for any reason to ensure the treatment and medication needs of residents.

Schools in all localities should strictly implement the prevention and control measures of the state and education departments, resolutely implement the requirements of scientific and precise prevention and control, and must not increase control.

During the epidemic, we should make every effort to ensure the smooth flow of logistics, and must not require key enterprises that are related to the overall situation of the industrial chain and the protection of people's livelihood to stop production and implement a "white list" system.

The destination should enhance the awareness of the overall situation, not refuse to accept the return of the stranded personnel, and implement the prevention and control measures for the returned personnel as required to avoid the spillover of the epidemic and not increase the control.
