How to test the reliability of the questionnaire by retest method

Test method: the reliability of the questionnaire is tested by retest, and the reliability coefficient of the test questionnaire can be expressed by correlation coefficient. The observation value of the first measurement is X, and the observation value of the second measurement is Y, so the retest reliability is equal to the correlation coefficient of X and Y. Their correlation coefficient is the retest reliability.

Example: The first test question is a 1, a2, a3, so the first test contains three columns of data. Select: Transform-Calculation in the spss menu, and then the variable calculation box appears. First, name a new variable, for example, it is called the first total score. Then enter a 1+a2+a3 in the calculation box on the right, and then confirm that the first total score is added. Calculate the total score of the second interview in the same way.

Test-retest reliability, also called test-retest reliability, is one of the commonly used reliability evaluation methods. Reflect the stability and consistency of the test span time, that is, the same test method is used to test the same group of subjects twice, and then the relationship coefficient of the scores obtained from the two tests is calculated. A high degree of correlation indicates that the measurements before and after are consistent and stable.
