2. Specific steps to blacklist the handle number:

(1) We add this person to our mobile phone address book, and then we open our mobile phone address book, as shown in the figure.

(2) Then find that person in the address book, as shown in the figure.

(3) In the human interface, we click on the three small blue dots at the lower right, as shown.

(4) Then click "Add to Blacklist", as shown.

(5) If you want to dismantle it, you can click "Remove from Blacklist" again, as shown in the figure.
