As a result, I was shocked that I was a junior and was about to embark on the road of finding a job. Suddenly I felt that the summer vacation could not be so wasted, so I began to determine my future work direction and submitted my resume online.

At the end of March, my classmates told me that Tencent was recruiting summer interns at school, who were our 19 fresh graduates and wanted to recruit 3,000 people. I thought I might be able to go to school, so I submitted my resume with this idea.

Two days before Qingming, I received an invitation for online written examination, and Qingming wanted to take the computer home. After finishing the written test and personality test at home, I feel better about myself, except for one question because I didn't have time to finish it. I've been waiting for an interview notice ever since.

While waiting for the news of the interview notice, an episode happened. One day, my best friend and I were studying in the library. She suddenly exclaimed that she had received the interview message. My first reaction was, I don't know, a little lost. After returning to the dormitory, I began to reflect on my poor homework. Received the interview, only two days before the interview. In these two days, I will learn from my previous group experience. Then there is the classic crazy process of looking up faces on the Internet. Thanks to this, I know what a group face is. A group is divided into leaders, timekeepers and journalists. Everyone has a different division of labor and performs their duties. This group is more likely to enter one side. The first is cooperation, and the second is competition. I watched face-to-face classics on the Internet for two days, and set off early on the third day.

When I arrived at the interview site, I found that there were an estimated 400 people, big and small, not including those who had left the interview, which was a little stressful. Then I began to send questions, the topic is the old-fashioned madman tying people, five people on one side and one person on the other, which side to save. When I got the question, I was confused. Product? Does this have anything to do with the product? Then we formed a boy and began to assign tasks. It seems that he got the role of leader, and then I didn't get the role. This is the second failure. I didn't take the initiative to choose the role, so everyone began to speak on this issue. The point is that he can't talk casually. What are you doing in seating order? Fall! I was a little nervous, and this sense of oppression that it was my turn soon increased invisibly. In fact, when I expounded my point of view, I didn't have any novel ideas in my mind. I was still talking about the theory expounded by my former team members, and then I jumped out with a family force when I said it, which was still a new point of view. After the discussion, the leader said that we should first plan which side our group should save, and then explain the reasons according to the point of view. Then a boy in the group raised an objection. He may want to give the interviewer a perfect answer, saying that we should divide the situation, just like arguing. The final conclusion must be that the opinions of the pros and cons are in harmony. At that time, some people in our group were a little anxious. In particular, this boy also proposed to discuss the theory of mutual support separately. At that time, the leader and this classmate said that we should set a direction, but we can't do this. I want to say that we are a team, and we must agree on our views so that we can work together. But when we started chatting, we found that the voices of two boys were really loud. I added it again, just like the scene of the quarrel. I opened my mouth and shut up. This is the third failure. When team members disagree and argue endlessly, it is necessary for a product manager to end the argument and give a direction. We should pay special attention to this point in the future.

Then basically I spent the rest of the time listening to other people's explanations. To tell the truth, I feel that after the two of them had an argument, they were basically talking nonsense. Everyone is speculating about the opinions and reasons put forward in the first round. Although I was listening at that time, my thoughts had actually drifted far away. What I was thinking was, why did this madman tie people up? Everything has a cause and effect. In addition, how a madman tied people to the tracks without being found, this is the third failure. Thinking is too easy to jump, the key is irrelevant. This can only be done after more training. After the final summary, the reporter asked if there was anything to add. Maybe it was because I didn't talk all the time and wanted to give me a chance to show myself, so I said it to my face, but I was embarrassed. My brain hasn't come back yet, and my mind is blank, so I missed an opportunity in vain. Thank you for giving me the opportunity, but I didn't grasp it.

On the way back, sitting on the bus, I began to rehearse the group scene in my mind, and found that my views can actually be discussed in depth, such as family influence. One side is a family of five, and the other side has only one. As far as the family is concerned, there is a choice. On the other hand, after making a choice, what kind of compensation should be made to that person's family and public opinion, and how to prevent this tragedy from happening again are all things we need to consider. In fact, these can also be regarded as two functions that must be closed after a product is put on the market, and the maximization of benefits should be considered. Subsequent public opinion and compensation can be regarded as product maintenance. Maybe I can understand this question better in my shoes, and I won't behave so badly in the interview.

In short, I learned a lot in this interview, and it also made me see the shortcomings of myself and others, which was unexpected. Think of it as accumulating experience for future glory.
