Since the outbreak, the people of the city have taken the overall situation into consideration, helped each other, and worked together. Our city’s epidemic prevention and control work has achieved a stage Sexual effectiveness. In order to coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, and gradually restore the order of production and living, after comprehensive research and judgment by experts, it was decided to further adjust the epidemic prevention and control measures in urban areas from 0:00 on October 11 to 24:00 on October 13. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Residents resume orderly movement. Residents of the "epidemic-free community" can enter and exit the community with one person per household every day with a pass, and in principle should return within 2 hours; residents of other communities can move freely and orderly within fixed areas in the community without leaving the community; supermarkets in the community are open , implement contactless shopping and staggered pick-up at designated locations. Residents in rural areas should not leave the village or enter the city unless necessary, and maintain "two points and one line" at home and in the fields. After being discharged from hospital and released from centralized isolation, the control personnel at home strictly implement prevention and control measures in accordance with regulations.

2. Restore people’s livelihood protection business. Under the guidance of industry management departments, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, grain and oil stores, maternal and infant stores, and fruit stores will resume operations in an orderly manner. Catering service venues only provide in-store pickup and takeout delivery services, and are not open for dine-in at the moment. The opening of other businesses is temporarily suspended, and industry management departments will conduct epidemic prevention and safety assessments.

3. Suspend the resumption of public transportation. Except for vehicles used for epidemic prevention and supply, emergency rescue, and medical ambulances, highway passenger transport, buses, taxis and other vehicles will continue to be suspended, and other social vehicles such as private cars will not be on the road for the time being.

4. Insist on not leaving the market unless necessary. If you really need to leave the main urban area, you must report to your local community, street and destination community, hold a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, and use the "Longjiang Health Code" green code to pass.

5. Classify and control arrivals. People arriving from outside the city need to report to their community and unit two days in advance and have a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours. After arrival, classified control measures will be implemented in accordance with regulations.

6. Strictly implement the main responsibilities. All venues that resume operations must strictly implement epidemic prevention measures such as peak staggered traffic limit, cleaning, ventilation and disinfection, and health monitoring of employees. The number of customers received in indoor venues shall not exceed 50% of the daily number of guests. The general public must participate in nucleic acid testing at the prescribed frequency, actively cooperate with the "one scan and three checks", wear masks in a standardized manner, and do not get together, gather, or have dinner parties. Those who refuse to implement epidemic prevention and control regulations will be held accountable in accordance with the law.
