The phone number reserved by China Bank is different from the phone number for sending verification information?

1. If you query the mobile phone number for receiving SMS verification code when using personal online banking, the mobile phone number must be the reserved mobile phone number of your binding card. Changing the mobile phone number for receiving SMS verification code is temporarily not supported.

2. If you are inquiring about the receiving number of the mobile phone transaction code, the mobile phone number can use the virtual mobile phone number of the operator. If you need to change your mobile phone number after activating the mobile phone transaction code function, you can go to any outlet to change your mobile phone number with your online banking/mobile banking related card/passbook, valid identity certificate for opening the card/passbook and my real-name registration system mobile phone number.
