New mobile phone, but the number hasn't changed. Why is there no text message after withdrawing money from the bank?

There are two reasons why mobile phones can't receive bank card messages:

First of all, the current network state is unstable and it is impossible to receive SMS verification.

Second, the SMS notification function of the bank may have been cancelled, or there was not enough money in the bank card to deduct the SMS fee last month. It may not have the function of opening mobile banking. You can't receive short messages without opening mobile banking.

There are three ways for mobile phones not to receive bank card messages:

Method 1. Go to the counter of a nearby outlet to make an appointment for customer service.

Method two. Call the customer service phone of the bank to which the bank card belongs to find a manual customer service.

Method three. Pay attention to the official WeChat account of the bank to which the bank card belongs, and ask the manual customer service.

Apply for a bank card

The process of applying for a credit card and a debit card is different. When applying for a credit card, you need to bring your valid certificate (ID card or ID card copy or household registration book or household registration book copy), residence certificate, unit income certificate or personal assets certificate and other materials, and go through the relevant formalities at the bank counter. You need to fill out an application form, in which the information requested is true. After filling out the application form, you should go to the head office of the bank for the record. It will take about 20 working days to issue cards to customers after the head office of the bank examines the application materials.

Credit cards are only available to customers aged 18 or above. Minors are not allowed to apply for credit cards.

Handling debit cards is relatively simple. You only need to bring your valid certificate (ID card or household registration book) and fill in the application form at the bank where you open the account, and you can issue the card to the applicant. There is no age limit for applying for a debit card, and minors can also apply.

When a customer under the age of 16 applies for a debit card, the guardian shall go to the counter of the bank branch with the household registration book (if it is not on the same household registration book, relevant certificates shall be provided), and the person to be handled may not be present; Minors who have reached the age of 16 but under the age of 18, who have joined the work, can apply for debit cards at the bank counter by themselves with their work certificates and ID cards. If you don't take part in the work, you still need the assistance of your guardian, and the person being treated may not be present; Managers who have reached the age of 18 can apply for debit cards directly at the counter of bank outlets or at the all-in-one card self-service card machine with their ID cards, and can collect them immediately.

According to national regulations, debit cards handled by minors do not have online banking function and cannot be bound with mobile payment software.

Bank card loss reporting

The reporting procedures of major banks are not exactly the same. If you lose it, you can report it temporarily by telephone or online banking, and then bring your ID card and other supporting materials to the bank counter to report it.

Short message banking refers to the electronic banking business in which customers edit the short message service number in a specific format to the bank, and the bank handles related business for customers according to its instructions, and informs customers of the transaction results in the form of short messages.
