1. Transfer and remittance business

1. From 23:45 on April 21 to 8 on April 22 :15, intra-bank remittance, inter-bank remittance, and express remittance services are suspended.

2. From 1:45 to 6:15 on April 22, personal foreign exchange remittance and personal international speed transfer services will be suspended.

3. Transfer transactions (including credit cards) from branch accounts in Shanghai, Jiangsu (excluding Suzhou area), Ningbo, Shenzhen, Zhejiang, Fujian, Xiamen, Guangdong, Guizhou, Hainan, Anhui, Hunan, Yunnan and Guangxi branches Transfer and repayment transactions), which were originally scheduled to arrive between 21:00 on April 21 and 20:00 on April 22, will be delayed until after 20:15 on April 22; transfer transactions for other branch accounts of our bank (Including credit card transfer repayment transactions), which were originally scheduled to arrive between 2:00 and 6:00 on April 22, will be delayed until after 6:15 on April 22.

2. Credit card business

1. From 21:30 on April 21st to 20:00 on April 22nd, it will be suspended in Shanghai, Jiangsu (excluding Suzhou area), Ningbo, Shenzhen, and Zhejiang , Fujian, Xiamen, Guangdong, Guizhou, Hainan, Anhui, Hunan, Yunnan, Guangxi branches credit card service channels repayment, cash transfers, cash installments, debit card foreign exchange purchases and other services. From 21:30 on April 21 to 6:00 on April 22, ATM cash withdrawal services for credit cards in the above branches will be suspended.

2. From 2:00 to 6:00 on April 22, our bank’s credit card service channels will suspend services such as repayment, cash transfers, ATM cash withdrawals, cash installments, and debit card foreign exchange purchases.

3. Investment and financial management business for individual customers

Starting from 21:00 on April 21, account precious metals and two-way transactions, account commodities, account foreign exchange, and personal foreign exchange trading will be suspended in advance.

IV. Personal loan business

1.
