Why can't some Alipay rookies add relatives and friends accounts?

How to add the explanation of relatives and friends to the rookie wrap?

1. After opening the rookie wrap, click my tab in the lower right corner.

2. Go to the rookie wrap me page and click on my friends and relatives icon.

3. Enter my friends and relatives interface, select the friends and relatives mode: private mode or intimate mode, and then click the Add friends and relatives button.

4. Enter the mobile phone numbers of relatives and friends, and click the Next button.

5. After clicking Enter, enter the SMS verification code received by relatives and friends.

6. Lenovo is successful, and friends and relatives add. After adding successfully, you can view each other's packages.
