The platform for building a clean government culture is not sound enough. For people in mountainous areas, it is impossible to walk several miles to attend an event or borrow a book. The radio, film and television department has equipped people in mountainous areas with a batch of radio and television equipment that can be used in every village. When the people watch the program, the ratings of the anti-corruption culture are not high. 4. The financial investment is relatively small. Each activity requires a large amount of capital investment. Although there is a budget every year, it is far from enough to meet the needs of regular activities. 3.
