I. Areas of commitment

CCB undertakes the early redemption of winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic banknotes in Beijing, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Yunnan, Xizang Autonomous Region and Ningxia autonomous regions, and the early redemption of Hainan winter Olympic banknotes. Customers can log on to the Internet websites of CCB branches in the above provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government to learn about the reserved exchange outlets, reserved quotas and opening hours of outlets. Among them, customers in Ningbo and Xiamen make inquiries through the Internet websites of Ningbo and Xiamen branches of CCB respectively.

Second, the appointment exchange arrangements

According to the relevant requirements of the People's Bank of China, the issuance of winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic banknotes adopts verification mechanism. See Announcement No.26 of the People's Bank of China [20 19] for specific verification regulations.

Appointment time: February 20221/kloc-0 from 22:30 to February 2022 13 at 24:00.

During the reservation period, customers can make an appointment with a valid second-generation resident ID card, and each person can make an appointment for 20 sets of winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic banknotes. Each customer can only make an appointment once. The reservation quota of outlets can be divided into online reservation quota and offline reservation quota. Online reservation quota can be reserved through online channels, and offline quota can be reserved through outlets.

Online channel reservation: CCB's Internet website, mobile portal, personal online banking, personal mobile banking, official WeChat account of China Construction Bank, Jianxin Life Insurance APP, official WeChat account of handheld outlets, laborer's harbor APP, official WeChat account of China Construction Bank customer service.

On-site appointment at outlets: In the case that the offline appointment quota of exchange outlets announced by branches is still left, customers can make an appointment at outlets during business hours with their original valid second-generation ID card. If you make an appointment on your behalf, you must provide the original valid second-generation resident identity cards of the agent and the principal, and the number of agents shall not exceed 5. At the site of outlets, only local outlets can be reserved for exchange, and other outlets cannot be reserved.

After the customer submits the reservation application, the page jumps to "Reservation application submitted successfully", indicating that the reservation application has been submitted successfully. At this stage, the bank no longer sends SMS notifications, and customers can also click "reservation record query" to view the submission results of reservation applications.

Verification period: from February 6, 2022 to February 7, 2022.

After the appointment period, the People's Bank of China will check all the customer's appointment records. Customers can check the reservation results through our reservation channel after 0: 00 on February 16. The customer who has passed the verification has made a successful reservation and can redeem it normally. If there are reservation records in two or more banks, they cannot pass the verification and cannot be exchanged. If the verification fails, you can choose the nearest outlet of our bank to make an appointment for the exchange of winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic banknotes with the original of your second-generation ID card during the verification period, and cancel the record of repeated appointment to retain the qualification for this exchange. If it is handled on behalf of the agent, the original second-generation resident identity cards of the agent and the principal shall be provided.

Redemption period: February 2022 18 to February 24, 2022.

Customers who have made a successful reservation, please take the original second-generation resident ID card registered in the reservation system and within the validity period to the reserved business outlets for redemption on the date agreed by themselves. Customers who collect winter Olympic currency and winter Olympic banknotes on behalf of others must hold the original valid identity documents of the payee and the payee registered in the reservation system, and the number of recipients shall not exceed 5. According to the requirements of the People's Bank of China, our bank will register the customer's name, ID number and the number of the exchanged Winter Olympics banknotes at the time of exchange.

If the redemption is postponed in some areas due to the epidemic situation, the specific redemption arrangements shall be subject to the subsequent relevant announcements.

Tips:

1. According to the arrangement of redeeming ordinary commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes in the 24th Winter Olympics by the People's Bank of China, the valid identity documents for redeeming ordinary commemorative coins and commemorative banknotes in the 24th Winter Olympics are the second-generation resident identity cards.
