1. Report in advance and do not hide anything. All people coming (returning) from other provinces to Changsha should report through the "My Changsha" APP or "My Changsha" mini program at least one day in advance. In the past 10 days, there have been cases in all of Tibet, all of Xinjiang, Daqing and Heihe in Heilongjiang, Tianfu New District, Chengdu, Aba Prefecture, Luzhou and Neijiang in Sichuan, Chifeng, Xilingol League and Alxa League in Inner Mongolia, Guiyang, Qiannan Prefecture, Bijie and Zunyi in Guizhou, Ji'an and Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province, Enshi in Hubei Province, Fangchenggang and Wuzhou in Guangxi Province, Qingdao in Shandong Province, Baoji and Shangluo in Shaanxi Province, Chongqing, Longnan, Lanzhou and Zhangye in Gansu Province, Shijiazhuang in Hebei Province, Shenzhen in Guangdong Province, Tianjin and other regions; there have been domestic middle and high school students in the past 10 days People who have come (returned) from the district (county, city) where the risk area is located or who have a history of living in the local epidemic area (county, city), as well as those with red and yellow health codes, must take the initiative to report to their village (community) or unit as soon as possible. Or report when staying at a hotel (guesthouse and other places), proactively fulfill personal epidemic prevention responsibilities, and cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures. Those who conceal or lie about their personal itinerary and health status may bear corresponding legal liability.

2. Nucleic acid testing should be done promptly. All people coming (returning) to Changmai from other provinces must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before entering Changmai, and actively cooperate with epidemic prevention measures such as on-the-ground nucleic acid testing and health inspections at transportation stations and entrances to the city. After entering the hospital, a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the ground once, and another nucleic acid test will be conducted on the third day. Before the negative result of the second nucleic acid test comes out, do not participate in gathering activities unless necessary, do not enter crowded public places, and avoid taking public transportation. If it is really necessary to participate in gathering activities, nucleic acid testing, health monitoring and personal protection must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the event organizer.

All personnel within the city area (whole area) must complete at least one nucleic acid test in a seven-day cycle, that is, within a week, everyone in the jurisdiction must undergo at least one nucleic acid test. The frequency of nucleic acid testing for risk professionals and personnel in key institutions will continue to be implemented in accordance with regulations.

Please note: Passengers need to have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours to take airplanes, high-speed rails, trains, inter-provincial long-distance buses and other means of transportation; check into hotels, hotels and enter tourist attractions and commercial properties When in a closed place, take the initiative to cooperate in checking the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours.
