2. Click "My" on the home page of postal mobile banking to enter the login page;

3. Click the "Forgot Password" button on the login page to enter the SMS verification interface;

4. Enter the mobile phone number, click "Get Verification Code", then enter the verification code received by the mobile phone, and then click "Next";

5. Enter the user name, ID number and bank card number, and click "Next" to enter the "Reset Password" interface;

6. Enter "New Login Password" in the "Reset Password" interface, enter "Confirm New Login Password" again, and then click "Next";

7. A window will pop up to remind the user that the login password has been successfully reset. Users only need to click "OK" in the window, and then log in to mobile banking.
