2. Report in advance when returning home and implement prevention and control measures. 5. If you come to Changchun from border provinces such as Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu, Xinjiang, Tibet, Yunnan, Guangxi and other areas without local epidemics, please bring a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.
