What should I do if I want to restore factory settings and forget my password?

Restore factory settings of recently launched Samsung mobile phones does not require a password. If your phone prompts you to enter a password, it may be due to the following reasons:

1. Screen lock password. Tip: If you set up fingerprint unlocking, please enter the fingerprint memo password.

2. Samsung account password.

3. Third-party security lock software password. If you download such software, please try the password you set with that software.
